Display Ad.
Mechanical Requirements
All ads must be submitted via digital files
Images minimum of 300 dpi (bitmaps 600 dpi)
Images saved in .tif or .eps
Images must be CMYK
“collect for output” files when using Quark
Only Type 1 fonts accepted. (All others will be substituted
with Type 1 fonts.)
Convert all PC fonts to outlines

Acceptable Formats for Art
.eps / .tif / .pdf
High Resolution PDF (images at least 300 dpi)
Quark 6.5 or earlier
Illustrator CS or Photoshop CS or earlier

along with your contact and billing info to:

Ask for specifications if you want to submit your own artwork. We’ll send you a selection of ad styles to choose from, we’ll then create a draft ad pasting in your text and E-mail this to you with costs for approval. We won’t publish it until you are happy! We will then mail you an invoice or charge a credit card.

Specs.
Accepted Files: animated .GIF, .JPG, Flash .SWF files and 3rd party tags (javascript or IFRAME)

Click Tracking: be sure you are able to track clicks - We have a difficult time tracking 3rd party javascript and IFRAME tags for click counts, but not for impressions.

If you are using a .SWF Flash file:

Make an invisible button layer: use the "get URL" action to link your ad

Set target as: "_blank" (this is needed for click tracking on our end)

Use a graphic for the background color: do not just set the "stage" color
Note: we often use transparency with .SWF files which causes the
stage color to disappear unless a graphic is used for the background

When sending your ad:
Link your ad: include any URL links

Send your ad 3 business days before scheduled start date:
we use this time to correct any problems

Specs.

Do not use: .SWF flash files, <script> tags, or<IFRAME> tags

Note: MS Outlook 2007 does not support animated gifs (only the first frame is displayed)
if you are using an animated gif be sure the first frame in the image is not blank
