I. Job Summary:
Sells ReSource Pro's services to new clients. Responsible for developing new leads and prospects. Promotes ReSource Pro's services as a solution to client needs, closes deals that lead to a successful 30-day trial.
II. Principal Responsibilities:
- Develops leads and prospects to identify potential new clients, including, but not limited to, by attending trade shows, public speaking, developing strategic partnerships, cold calling, participation in associations and clusters, leading webinars, writing articles and other activities to generate visibility, credibility and new business opportunity.
- Researches prospects, assesses prospect needs, develops proposal content and leads meetings at the prospect office to win buy-in from key prospect stakeholders to sign Term Sheet and run 30-day risk free trial. Meets annual contract targets and maintains favorable close ratio.
- Recommends changes in products, services, sales process and collaboration with other departments by evaluating efficiency, results and competitive developments.
- Learns, understands, stays abreast of company culture, news, developments and issues to be an effective company ambassador.

Bachelor's degree, master's degree preferred
10+ years business or sales experience
5+ years insurance industry experience preferred
