I was in a inncident which was due to bouncers misconduct, in 2001. the business responsible was insured by legion which liq in 2003. went through all depos an ime which verifies my injurys 100%,Defense counsel says lets cut to the chase 3 months ago, So we entered a settlement amount, I checked with the guaranty fund an they have my claim,Yet no response to settleing, for soo long of a time, The guaranters fund seems to be letting me here still suffering,instead of clearing up my claim,
I cant understand there slow process of taking care of these claims, your input would be greatly appreciated
