You are wrong in this article. Many hurricanes were seeded successfully and had their winds knocked down as much as 30% or had their direction changed. The government needed an excuse to end the program so they claimed the storms acted on their own or some other stupidity. If you check the Oct. 2004 edition of SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN, Dr. HOffman, a NASA SCIENTIST STATES THAT THERE ARE THREE DIFFERENT METHODS IN STOPPING THESE STORMS AND ALL OF THEM WILL WORK! The title of the article is called CONTROLLING HURRICANES!
i believe that last years storms and this years is caused by terrorists acts on the part of the Iranian government. If you look up Stormfury on google, see page three or four for an article entitled ???????? with arabic letters under it. This is a scientific article written by Iranian scientists in Jan. 2002, four months after 911 and 2 years and 8 months before Charlie hit Florida. Although it is in Arabic, english words such as Stormfurty, eyewall and other scientific terms are in English. I have not been able to get a translatation, but the intent in clear with a pict
ure of a hurricane slamming into Florida.
Of course, by itself the aricle is not a real smoking gun unless you take the following into account:
1. The goal of the Iranian government is the destroy the US.
2. With unlimited oil resources and money they can afford to spend huge amount on this project. HOwever all the basic reserach has already been done by Project Stormfury.
3. The Iranian government had set up secret research institures were nuclear and other weapons are been made. Name of some of these research places can be found it you hit "other sources or articles " undder the title in Google.
4. And finally, why are they interested hurricanes in the Atlantic Ocean?
All of these factor together show that the US is under terrorist attack and the government is doing nothing except calling Iran and "axis of evil."
