Fideity & Deposit Md filed a 'Notice of Injury' for their Client Madison Bank/Madison Bancshares Inc. to avoid compensability in what turned out to be a catastrophic injury.This notice filed 3/12/1998 stating 2 different injury dates. I was trying to get information
to give my Doctor's for the unexplained illness I had developed. I resigned for health reason 12/4/1998 with a Permanent Total Disability at age 58 and confirmed by the ALJ for Social Security.
When I did apply for benefits the State of Florida Unemployment office told me I qualified for 180 days temporary disability and a continuation of medical benefits. Before receiving anything this agency combined with other state agencies doing away with the Dept. of Safety.The only agency qualified to look at what I had been exposed to determine
compensability.
Florida's so called laws changed every year for 5 years of Privatization, which now they claim was an 89 million dollar mistake. I received nothing but denials. For 29 months my medical bills were paid by me.
Florida Courts have stuck to the statement
that Federal Laws do not affect their actions..
My Dad ,WWII Army Lt.was was killed across enemy lines and is Buried in France. My Dad was freeing the oppressed from Hitler. Insurance records show Zurich already doing business in Florida since 8/1/1924 on the Company Directory at the Florida Financial Services Website
Most of the victims and the families of the Holocaust to this day remain unpaid over 5 billion dollars by Zurich and all that was stated 'it was immoral'. Zurich Insurance Financial is a Global company with hundreds of subsidiaries. They were not allowed to do business in the US, NY
until the 1/1/1999 pooling agreement.they are now being fined at the federal and state levels for their business practices with the Florida Justice System knowing this is going on. I am ashamed to be an American, the war against evil was won once with American's buying bonds to fund our freedom. Now our money is leaving America in record amounts. My background is in Financial and cannot understand the laws I see being broken and no one takes authority.
