I have been below the improvished line most of my life and have successfully raise my two children single handed but, now I am looking to leave them something to fall on, I find myself still in need of some assistance to reach my goal.

I have been in school hoping to earn a career worth recognition but, I still don't see any hopes of being able to put a substancial down payment, so that I can vacate my subsidized housing unit to allow some else achieve the goals I have.

Please advice me how I can take advantage of the Option for Homeowners program advertised in the November 13, 2004 Markham Economist and Sun Newspaper.
