I am a safe driver plus, formerly step 9. My auto insurance,same provisions as last year, increased considerably. What is the discount I should get from the new state plan. Ins. company said the town of Webster Ma rates must have increased from last year. Can you tell me what the rate for Webster Ma is or how I can get it.
