I am so amazed that this is something I'm learning about right now. Can you tell me when/how this was advertised? Also, I heard something in late 2006 about insurance rate reductions for this year - yet I haven't seen my rates go down and I've NEVER had a ticket OR accident (I've been a 9 forever). Can you answer these questions? Thanks,
