Excellent article.
I am a General Contractor in the multifamily field. 90% of my work is insurance restoration.
Ive got 30 years in it.
This article hits the mark dead on.
I wish we had more communication and better relations with the people who design. We would all benefit more.
Just found your magazine while looking for legislation of 2004 on public adjusters. Its my new favorite.
