It was a well written article and I agree with it 100%. Is the industry getting smarter? I was for some time a claims specialist with a MAJOR excess and surplus company and I handled the subrogation for my cases simply because it was in accordance with the contract/policy; but my counter parts did not, they did not see importance of collecting the company's money which affects your bottom line.
