I have read your article and I agree with it 100%. I am trained paralegal and moved back into sales. The one thing I have found hard is that the leadership in teaching and training team selling is not easy. I have found it easy to do, but others find it hard. The one thing I think that is important is that you start the team thinking from the very beginning. It is to easy to let your super sellers shine, it can create problems with the pecking order.Everyone is a superstar,no one should feel they don't know enough, they have to be able to feel comfortable so they can approach you or another team member with questions, problems, or whatever they
need help with trust is great. You will have employees who will show up for work and you will enjoy their job, because they all win!!!!!!
