I am in the insurance industry and I keep hearing conversations regarding Fiduciary Liability and Erisa Coverage. Are the coverages one in the same? I have endorsed Erisa coverage onto a BOP and it is usually a very low amount at least 10% of the fund and you have to name the fund. Is Fiduciary Liability the same coverage?
