If a non profit Association Corporation has let the status with the Secretary of States Office be "Suspended" is the Association still covered by its current Liability policy and errors and omissions policy or does that policy become void on the Suspension? Many associations in California are currently suspended and I think this could be an issue for the insurance carrier. What is your take on this?
