as a bar owner & a working owner. we should not be responsible for other people's actions. they choose to drink & when we cut them off they argue with us. we cant hold their hands. we all try very hard not to let anyone leave our place abviously drunk, we call cabs, or tote them home ourselves (small town) but there is still the one that gets away on a busy night. also i think the limit on how much is drunk is unrealistic in most states. 2 drinks per hour is very low & the persons size & tolerance should play into the limit. now they have forgiven the drinker & dumped it on the pourer. shame on them.
