IF YOU WERE IN MY SHOES YOU WOULD APPRECIATE THIS LAW.IN MEMORY OF WANDA COMER MY WIFE AND MOTHER OF 4.FOUR MONTHS FROM BEING A GRANDMA.WE WERE HIT HEAD ON BY A DRUNK DRIVER ON I-95 HE DROVE 8 MILES SOUTHBOUND IN THE NORTHBOUND LANES WITH NO LIGHTS ON.IT ALMOST KILLED ME AND 3 OF MY KIDS.HE HAD BEEN AT A BAR ALL NIGHT DRINKING LONG ISLAND ICEDTEAS.HE WAS 3 TIMES THE LEGAL LIMIT.WOULD YOU SAY THE BAR SHOULD HAVE CALLED A CAB OR CUT HIM OFF?
