I have a man who wants stucco on his new 500,000 home. I bid the job useing hard coat, because of the problems with eifs I just wount do it. He found an old man who has been in stucco for 30 years. the old man has bid the jod way under me witch is fine I have toomuch work to do now but I'm scared the home owner is makeing a bad mistake. Is he. and if he is how can I convince him not to use efis and to go with hard coat. Please Help Me!!
