Hi James,

I am doing research about EIFS for a house purchase and came across your posting. Obviously people will do what they want to do. All you can do is provide the most reliable information to them and let them decide. Show him articles like this and go to www.google.com. Type in fake stucco in search area and check out the articles. Give homeowner as much information about fake stucco as possible. Also, go to the consumer advocacy group they have on this article, they may have good info for you. It seems like you truly care. Let them know not only are they taking a chance on their house using EIFS; they are also taking a chance with their health. Ask the homeowner, Is your house and health worth the difference of X amount?

Good luck,
Mike
