Prove that all the sickness is mold related? No, that's the problem, isn't it. You know what they say - if it looks like a duck and walks like a duck and quacks like a duck... most likely it's a duck. Articles like yours hurt people. Try not to forget you are one. One day you may need a law or some insurance to come to your aid. Right now my WComp is denied and my short term disability can't decide if I'm their responsibility. My mortgage company doesn't care, they just want their money. I am looking for work, but I already have a job - I just can't stay in the building long enough to work it.
