I am was injured on the job of a larger construction company that was doing work for Scot and White Hospital. My Doctor that did the final decision of my injury percentage was a Scott and White Doctor. Now is is this a confict of interest or what?? The Doctor refused to consider the fact that I have RSD in which can become a life long condition which can become totally disabiling. He gave me a small percentage and out the door I went. The RSD has became worse and has distoryed the my working ablility of the limb effected. I am now stuck with my right hand in which deals me misery and the fact large business and conflict of interest justice. There is no JUSTICE for a WORKER that gets hurt on the job in the STATE of TEXAS.... THE HOLD VERY TRUE WITH """" RSD """ BECAUSE IN THE WORKERS COMP OF TEXAS IT DOES NOT APPLY. ITS JUST IN YOUR HEAD..YES IT IS SO TREAT AS A DISABILITY NOT A ESCAPE GOAT FOR BIG BUSINESS TO SAVE THE ALMIGHT BUCK AND DISTORY PEOPLES LIVES..
