I HAVE BEEN A NURSE FOR OVER 26 YEARS. NEVER INJURED MY SELF TILL NOW, NEVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF DEALING WITH WORKMANS COMP. YOU TALK ABOUT A NIGHT MARE. PATIENTS HAVE THERE RIGHTS, BUT WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR RIGHTS THATS A DIFFRENT STORY, EMPLOYEES HAVE NO RIGHTS, I WAS TRYINGTO PROTECT THE PATIENT FROM FALLING AND THE HOSPITAL HAVING A LAW SUITE, THEN IT HAPPEN SHE FELL ON ME . BREAKING MY TIBIA PLATEAU,NOW I HAVE PLATE AND SKREWS IN MY LEG . CANT WALK RIGHT . ,HAD TO GO BY THERE RULES, WAIT ON THEM DRAGGING THERE FEET FOR APROVALS, NOW I SUFFER THE CONSEQUNSES, THEY SAY THERE WILL BE NO COMPENSATION FOR LOSS IN MY LEG. SO IM STUCK WITH A BUM LEG THE REST OF MY LIFE. ALL BECAUSE THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED ME.
