I worked for UUG, and Zurich the Mother Company did it's best to undermine UUG. Causing numerous lay offs, in UUG, and those employees had to "interview for the positions with zurich, which really wasn't an interview, call it more of an interrogation. UUG was a great company to work for. Then they re did the company (because of Zurich, hired zurich employees for UUG, and caused havoc in the local offices. UUG did have a problem with equal pay for employees. Don't know if that was because of Zurich or the manager that came to UUG. One of the managers refused to let employees attend needed classes for Continuing Education, which are required for the different states. Basically Kyle was not qualified to be a manager. Again. UUG was a great place to work, with great people, to bad it is still owned by Zurich !!!!!
