Disgraceful treatment of Barbara and her family. The fact that is SEEMS to be one of the losses that fell through the cracks does not make it any less painful. The carrier needs to take these folks in hand and finish their claim, IMMEDIATELY. It ought to think about overpaying them, because I see a bad faith claim just waiting to be filed.
