Just 2 days ago the same adjustor called me to say that "they did not think wind/rain caused our roof to be wavy" and they would wait , possibly up to a year, until repairs were made and possibly pay ALE...I was in shock. I know they have a lot of cases but felt she should know that we lived in a townhome that has 6 levels!! This means the roof is 35-40 ft in the air! "I don't think the 12.6 ft surge made it quite that far.

The paper Sunday said that Ivan was the 6th worst disaster in US history. And I know there are many in forgotten Pensacola because you hear unbelievable stories daily. Our community leaders are awesome and many lost their own homes. They were really here for us. Wish I could same the same for the insurance companies. Nationwide Flood seems to be great, but we will see what the final analysis. at least they sent us 2 advances to start working.
