The evidence was in the testimony of the Honorable Wedoff who admitted to Mr. Price that he was recieving residuals from Genner & Blothing, in which he was a former partner with Genner & Block, as well as the U.S. Trustee had a daughter in the partner with Sefarth Shaw, in which was a conflict of interest. IFFOC had witnessed that Mr. Micheal Lynch had requested both remove themselves from the case and they did not do the proper removal as law requird so they could control the outcome of that case. Mr. Price filed a case, in which was placed under seal, and dismissed without following the proper due proceess, as law requires. There is more than the public will ever know.
