All I hear is what the problem is, and rarely hear a solution. We, Hesco Bastion USA, have tried and tried to get someone to listen to us regarding our solution to coastal erosion. We have shown that using Hesco Bastion Concertainer in areas where coastal ersoion has taken place really works. It amazes me that nobosy listens, but they pour millions of dollars into projects that have failed in the past. These paradigms must be changed in order to give newer ideas a chance. I have seen so much damage in Louisiana. I have watched homes dissappear. I have seen salt water come into the bayou's and kill all the indigeonous plants. When will someone finally listen?

For those that believe in our product, I commend you. For those that are more interested in spending money to keep people employed ... I just want to say thanks for spending my tax dollars.

We may npt have all the answers, but for many of the erosion problems, our system works. See for yourself sometime ... and lastly, I have spoken with FEMA. Mitigation is a joke. They react AFTER the fact, and spend money to fix things that were destroyed. They need to change their mitigation program to a name that fits. "Here's money, sorry your livelyhood is all gone" ... that would certainly capture what they really do.
