And they say character doesn't matter? It should be noted that in Mr. Kucher's vast experience he deserted his family and took all of the joint funds on April 4, 1995. Later it was discovered he had a history of physically abusing his step-son for over 8 years. As a side note: the only CPCU course Mr. James H. Kucher failed and had to retake was the one on "ETHICS".
