My daughter was hit by an un-insured motorists.. after a year not one dime has been paid by Liberty Mutual for hard costs such as ambulance fee, medication, etc. We had to hire an attorney just to get thru the paper work. Told we cannot get paid until treament is completed which could be another year of new bills. Hard cost bills incurred should be paid as they come in...not at the end. Colorado legistlature needs to change this ASAP.
