I head up our law firm's tort litigation section for a defense insurance firm. I am double board certified and have been dealing with insurance carriers (mostly for them) for 20 years. I have forwarded the article to every member of my section because it is so well written and, in my opinion, accurate as to conditions I have seen after reviewing a great many claims files which went into litigation. I am very impressed with this author.
