I attempted to implement reform/ACOEM on my caseload. This is a claims adjusting strategy that requires ortho W.C. injured workers(especially back) to become active and responsible in treatment as per ACOEM. I suggest a gym exercise program so that the injured is accountable to help him or herself. Despite much cost savings (if they use the gym the injureds get better, reducing medical costs, if they refuse, then legally this refusal can be used to deny teatemnet per U.R. saving alot of money). State comp ins fund, my employer actually suspended me for four weeks unpaid for attempting to comply with ACOEM. I request your assistance at my hearing to get the four weeks reinstated.
