Okay, one day we will be older and won't want someone else to tell us whether or not we have the ability to drive. It seems that it's not right for a state to take away a persons rights to drive completely. I think that the state should regulate driving for all ages. Teens after about a four year road rage should have to take the test again. I think the reason teens have a bad record is due to inexperience. Older individuals have much experience, but they are loosing their abilities. So, The older yet wise person should have to take tests frequently because of the aging process. Sometimes I think that it would be good just to retake the test instead of renewing the license because the renewing process is just a paper swap and doesn't really take care of the problem of bad driving.
