As a consumer, I feel that the past rates for uninsured motorist coverage costs have been fair an in line with the DOI evaluation of them. A premium refund for past years would be out of line and unfair to the insurer. Even though most costs continue to esculate the insurers work dilegently to maintain a reasonable premium.
