Dear Sirs,

Many of us in the Home inspection industry are surprised to see that Napadow is still free to continue to perpitrate his fraudulent schemes, The National Association of Certified Home Inspectors www.nachi.org and its members have done all that they can to inform Home Inspectors of this criminal activity, and have helped gather evidence to support action being taken against Napadow.

Why is this guy still able to solicit business nearly 2 years after he was exposed. We know that building evidence takes time but the US. postal inspector does seem to be taking his time in bringing an inditement against Napadow.

This is not just a crime where Home Inspectors have lost a few thousand dollars (although that is bad enough) but there are probably still inspectors out there who do not know that they have no E&O coverage, there are also those who thought that they previously had coverage, but who could not get coverage for prior acts with a new insurer.

The potential exposure to Home inspectors is in the millions.

Time to put Napadow away !!
