Napadow wouldn't dare attempt to write to any of the respected inspection bulletin boards. Instead he wrote to Nick Gromicko and permission to post on NACHI's board. Many of the NACHI members fell victim to Napadow as a result of Gromicko's advocacy of Napadow's plan. Napadow was listed as a NACHI endorsed provider. The following is a quote from Gromicko that was directed at Napadow:

"Everyone is buzzing about your company not being licensed. Should we put something about not being available in all states or something? I think you should go on our message board and explain. I've removed you from our insurance section temporarily."
