A success? How can these people sit back and call SB899 a success? Oh, I forgot, they haven't personally lost anyone to suicide (because of uncontrollable pain) who couldn't GET THE HELP THEY NEEDED because workers comp insurance carriers just IGNORE THE CLAIMS!!! Sure you are seeing money saved, people are dying. Let's see, people die = no money to pay out!!! Doesn't take a moron to figure that one out! SB899 was the worst thing to ever happen to the injured workers! Get a grip! The government is all about saving money. They certainly don't care if anyone dies because of it. How do I know? My husband shot himself because of unbearable pain that was ignored by the insurance company for four months after SB899 was passed! This was a VERY BAD move on your part Schwartzenegger, a VERY BAD move indeed! SB899 kills people! Is that what we call a SUCCESS these days?
