The only winners with the implementation of SB899 is the medical providers and the insurance companies. I can only imagine what the backlash will be when the pendulum finally swings back. It is truly a shame we cannot get this right, fair and equitable for everyone, rather than this back and forth every time we get a new leader in Gov't.
