Comment:
We are a small commercial & high-end custom residential subcontractor in AZ, in business since 2006, who just had our liability ins. non-renewed: they aren't writing any more policies for companies like ours because of excessive litigation... even though we've never framed a track house/condo/townhouse, where the litigation has been occurring, nor have we been involved in any defect lawsuits. Quotes from the few companies that will write are high - at the same time that our company is struggling to stay afloat with so little work now available in this tough economy in AZ. Double whammy.
