I find it interesting that the concern of most of the articles I read on Construction Defect is to cover the Insurance Companies or the Builder. Is there no concern for the Home Owner who paid a lot of money and got a job where wrong material was used or substituted and engineer specifications were not followed. I am told that if we want to litigate this the Insurance companies will drag it out so that we cannot afford to continue. Where is our, the home owners', representation or protection? Maybe the fault of all of the lawsuits were the builders fault.
