It's unfortunate that the average person who makes enough to get by will no longer have those benefits from Workmans Comp. upon their retirement. The Judge's who make these insensitive decisions are not understanding to the blue collar who could use those benefits. Once again, the white collar Judge could care less about those in need of medical care. Insurance companies once again get over on the average Joe or Jane. My heart goes out to those who will no longer receive such benefits who deserve it.
