Hooray! Glad Garamendi did not hesitate to disapprove of the proposal made by the CEO of this corrupt company. This company defrauds the VICTIMS of their insured by denying them relief for bodily injuries.
The bad part is that the California Department of Insurance has no enforcement powers to force this corrupt, profit hungry company out of business. Not only should they be endowed with the powers to do so, they should stand up of the citizens of this State instead of simply being fact finders.
