The trouble with most the reforms of a medical presense in a silica case. This scares doctors away and they side step when it comes to silicosis. It needs to be a fair playing field for both the injured and the defense lawyer. The trouble is oil companies have to many in their hip pocket, and when health issues and individuals are effected it puts money before health.
