its propaganda. The "Insurance Fraud Prevention Act", should also be known as "The Act For Insurer Profit". The Insurance Industry has figured out loby/bribe the politicians and own/bribe the courts and they can make billions by screwing the people. They have created a whole new branch of government and laws to help prosper. Unconstitional, help feds
