I agree with everyone. This is definately a felony charge and should be delt with in a harsher way. These gents should do some hard time and be used to set examples of the theft and pre meditated manner in which they affect all insureds by acting in such a malicious manner. The rich get away with these types of issues time and time again. They can use the monies stolen to protect themselves and still, we the general public must continue to pay the consiquences. How sad our judicial system is in this country.
