Why does it seem that each carrier reduces rates only when confronted by the commissioner. Everyone needs to make a profit which is OK, but so far it doesn't seem to be a landside of carriers jumping on board.

Where is Hartford, Onebeacon, Encompass.

What about homeowners insurance.

You would think if you have no auto accidents or homeowners claims the premiums would go down, butI guess that;s too simple
