Your quoting of Howard Mills self-serving dribble, praising Gov. Pataki, makes my stomach turn. This guy, with no insurance background, was just appointed as Supt of Ins as a political payback for running as the Republican sacrificial lamb against Sen. Schumer. To print this garbage quote only makes it seem that the Journal is not an independant source of "news". Come on!
