What everyone should know is that there was only 660 cases transferred to ACE not 678. That there was only 151 million dollars of risks transferred. That there was 53 million dollars bonded by the state of CT and that all monies bonded have been expended. That there was 30 million dollars taken from the General Fund or aka "the surplus". That the monies bonded will cost an additional 18 million. That the ACE contract has an aggriegate of 150 million dollars and then the cases go back to the st. of ct. That the insurance commissioner in the St. of Ct. would not investigate this deal even after a request to do so and further stated it isnt her job. That the head of OPM left State employment. That the head and Dep. commission have left DAS. Anybody with any information should contact the AG's office. Something sure seems fishy here in Connecticut.
