clarification of previous comments: The Deal cost 80 million up front to ACE. The Brokers (marsh and hageorn)where supposidly paid 100,000 each. This comes to a total of 80 million 200 thou. The comptroller reports that All 83 million appropriated for the deal has been expended. DAS commissioner and Dep. Commission left state service, as the head of OPM has.
