Subject: Hartford's endowed scholarship
If each year the Hartford would add $50,000 to this endowment, imagine the impact it will have on bringing the best and the brightest back into the business. Wouldn't it be great if every company did something like this, and put an emphasis on the retail side of the business? We all need better trained sales people.
