Someone should look at the bonus packages that they paid the executives even when they reported losing money. Some of the contracts that were signed from day one said they got loads of money even if the business lost money. All of the pissing contests really hampered their development. Employees that were loyal and very capable were pushed out the door instead of welcomed when the business needed to be grown.
