Allied should consider Louisiana. There have been tremendous strides in Regulatory reform (Comm. Lines deregulated, Pers. Lines 10% Flexband, no more FAIR and Coastal assesments), Legislative reform (NO Punitive General Damages, No Pay/No Play auto, NO Strict Liability) and Judicial Reforms (active campaign for pro-ins. judges for open seats, new Supreme Court make-up). Rate adequacies in almost all lines. Just look on piaoflouisiana.com for the Better Louisiana short video for much more detail.
