"The plan would require people to sign up for insurance if they can afford it. Anyone who didn't sign up could have state income tax returns withheld and their wages garnished to pay for care, Romney said."
ANYTHING is legal...so long as it is made a law. Methinks that this is political blustering. Hopefully it causes the necessary waves to make something happen.
Something needs to be done about getting people healthcare though...and get the premiums down for the average joe who is caught in the middle.
The stuff is expensive after all.
